Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

• Packaging, manuals, and labels must be intact

• The item must be clean, unaltered, and resaleable

We recommend opening and inspecting your parts promptly after delivery to confirm compatibility and condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are considered non-returnable, including:

• Special order or custom components

• Electrical parts that have been unsealed or connected

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

• Tools or diagnostic equipment that has been used

We encourage you to contact us if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return:

2. We will respond with a return authorization and instructions

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item)

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Seedling Shop is not liable for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send a photo and description of the issue to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, part type, or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order.
